Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to your data when you use this site. It is short because the site does very little.
Who handles your data
Ricardo Cofman, real estate consultant. Your message reaches him, and he is the one who replies. Contact: [email protected].
He works as an estate agent through PrimeHouse — Soluções Imobiliárias, AMI licence 11750. If your enquiry moves on to an actual purchase, sale or rental, your data is then also handled as part of that process by the agency, and PrimeHouse’s own privacy policy applies.
What this site collects: nothing
This site has no database and receives no form submissions. When you press send, the name, email, phone, interest and message you wrote are placed into a WhatsApp message — which is only sent if you send it yourself. From that point the conversation lives in WhatsApp and Meta’s privacy policy applies.
Cookies: none
There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tool that follows you between sites. The site stores a single preference in your browser — the language you chose, under the name rc_lang — which does not identify you and disappears if you clear the site’s data. That is why you are not asked for cookie consent.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which automatically logs incoming requests, including IP addresses, so the site works and stays secure — as any hosting does. Those logs are not consulted to identify you and are not used for advertising.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) — the typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — only if you send the message from the form.
- Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the transfer mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the message (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If the enquiry moves forward, also the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
For how long
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and up to 3 years after the last contact. If a transaction follows, the retention periods set by Portuguese estate agency law apply.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting what was processed beforehand. Just write to the email address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
